About the role
The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, processing deposits and withdrawals, and assisting customers with their banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in counting and recording amounts.
- Process deposits and withdrawals according to bank policies and procedures.
- Avoid discrepancies in transactions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide guidance on various banking products and services.
- Follow security protocols to protect customer and bank assets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
