Teller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our Retail Team in South Holland, IL. This role offers a rewarding career in banking where you can provide superior customer service and give back to the community.

Schedule

• Lobby & Drive-Up: Monday-Friday, 8:15am - 5:15pm
• Saturday: 8:15am - 12:15pm
• Schedule may vary according to business needs
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturday
• Hours subject to change to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Perform various customer transactions and/or bank transactions within the banking center
• Enhance customer relationships by providing excellent customer service while servicing financial needs
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other services for individual and business clients
• Identify opportunities to meet customers' financial needs and make referrals to business partners
• Support relationship-building efforts within the branch by actively seeking referral opportunities for bank products and services
• Contribute to overall branch operations

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Cash handling experience required; banking experience preferred
• Retail sales and customer service experience desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of retail products, policies, procedures, documentation, and systems
• Effective customer relationship-building skills, including ability to cross-sell and refer products

Pay

Salary Range: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including experience and performance.
