Example Of Some Key Responsibilities Handling a wide range of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan paymentsAssisting customers with products like cashier’s checks, money orders, and new account setupProcessing night deposits, mail transactions, and balancing cash drawers with precisionManaging vault cash, preparing shipments to the Federal Reserve, and maintaining cash limitsProviding friendly, professional service while identifying customer needs and referring opportunitiesSupporting branch operations by coordinating with team members and other departmentsEnsuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policiesMay assist with ATM balancing, safe deposit services, and back-up the Customer Service Representative at times Core Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle cash responsibly and efficientlyWillingness to learn, adapt, and support team goals Benefits We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement, supporting our team members in reaching their professional goals.
