About the role

As a Teller, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients, build rapport, and create excitement throughout their transactions, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Tellers process basic banking transactions—deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers—in a professional and timely manner while adhering to policies and operational procedures to maintain compliance. Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a friendly, upbeat manner
• Accurately and timely process banking transactions for clients
• Follow all cash handling procedures
• Complete assigned regulatory training
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication in-person and over the phone
• Accurately balance cash drawer
• Work with Lead Teller to ensure compliance
• Maintain strong attendance and dependability
• Identify solutions for client problems and escalate to appropriate staff as needed

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience
• Prior cash handling experience

Physical Demands

• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
• Communicating with others to exchange information
