Teller

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Teller—the face of our branches and a key player in delivering exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and assist with routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.)
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately and efficiently
• Identify member needs and refer them to appropriate credit union services
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures
• Promote a positive member experience with every interaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience
• Ability to decipher information and communicate with members and staff
• Basic math, grammar, and verbal communication skills
• Reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Full-time 40-hour per week position; must be available to work any shift during our regular business hours

Pay

Starts at $15.93 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.
