The service and care you'll provide for our members is at the very heart of our business and critical to both our members' and the credit union’s financial success.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with essential financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Consult with members to understand their needs and provide solutions that support their best financial interest.
• Help resolve basic account inquiries.
• Support daily branch balancing activities.

Requirements

• At least six months of relevant customer service or retail experience.
• Prior cash handling experience highly preferred.
• General computer/keyboarding skills highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred (language pay differential available for proficient candidates).
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently resolve challenges using available resources.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in demanding situations.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC requirements.

Pay

$20/hr + bonus and incentives. Language pay differential available for candidates proficient in Spanish.

Schedule

Full‑time, on‑site, non‑exempt. Must be available Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 6:15 pm.
