About the role
Responsible for providing customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in counting and recording amounts.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process account openings, closures, and transfers according to bank policies.
- Manage inventory of ATMs and other cash handling equipment.
- Follow security protocols to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for some positions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions efficiently.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
