About the role

Responsible for providing customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in counting and recording amounts.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process account openings, closures, and transfers according to bank policies.
• Manage inventory of ATMs and other cash handling equipment.
• Follow security protocols to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for some positions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions efficiently.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
