Tazewell County National Bank is seeking a full-time Teller for our Cumberland Park Office in Tazewell, VA. We offer a professional working environment and great schedules. Responsibilities

• Guide members through complex transactions with confidence, knowledge, and accuracy
• Build relationships with businesses and individual customers
• Develop skills in all types of branch transactions, including night deposits, ATM balancing, and in-depth system knowledge
• Balance cash drawers and prepare teller sheets
• Use computer system to verify customer account status
• Develop knowledge regarding bank products and services
• Look for opportunities to promote bank services
• Receive payment on all types of loans
• Greet customers and handle deposits of all types
• Manage traffic flow efficiently
• Perform basic client service maintenance (account reconciliation, address changes, stop payments, account transfers, processing check orders)
• Follow policies and procedures to minimize risk

Requirements

• Prior retail experience is a plus
