Pay
$17.50 USD to $19.39 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on factors including skill set, experience, location, and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide top-rate service to customers with accurate and efficient transaction processing, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments, and money transfers.
- Promote MCB’s products and services professionally.
- Identify customers and manage transactions such as validating and cashing checks, accepting deposits, processing withdrawals, and counting working cash.
- Prepare specialized items like cashier’s checks, personal money orders, and exchange foreign currency.
- Order bank cards and checks for customers.
- Receive and verify loan and mortgage payments.
- Balance currency, cash, and checks in cash drawer at the end of each day.
- Answer inquiries about checking and savings accounts and other bank-related products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
The physical demands include climbing, reaching, standing, lifting, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions. Medium exertion is required: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. Close visual acuity is necessary for preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, and similar tasks.

Qualifications
- Some clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Relevant computer skills.
