About the role

Join the Meridian Trust team as a Teller (Member Service Associate) and be the face of our branch. You’ll assist members with account-related services such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. You’ll also learn about our credit union products and services—including loans, credit cards, online banking, and debit cards—and make tailored recommendations to meet members' needs.

This role is ideal if you are passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Educate members on credit union products and services, such as loans, credit cards, online banking, and debit cards.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on members' usage and needs.
• Deliver top-notch customer service in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Pay

Starting range: $17.02/hr. - $21.28/hr.
