Teller

Position

The Teller position is a client-facing role that requires exceptional customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The Teller will perform various cash handling transactions, process payments, accept deposits, and process withdrawals while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and inquiries
• Make recommendations about bank products and services
• Maintain and balance cash supply
• Keep accurate bank records

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of cash handling or previous teller experience preferred (may consider a combination of education and experience)
• Banking experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
