Teller

About the Role

As a Teller, you will provide excellent customer service, process daily transactions accurately and efficiently, and make referrals for bank products and services. Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality according to INTRUST’s Character Qualities.
• Provide a friendly, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional customer experience.
• Perform basic teller transactions and process them accurately and efficiently within bank policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and make referrals to Bankers or other areas of the corporation to meet financial needs.
• Comply with bank operations and security procedures, protecting customers and INTRUST Bank.
• Maintain the integrity of bank documents and customer confidentiality.
• Scan work for image branch capture in a timely manner according to procedure.
• Complete any other branch-specific responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of basic math.
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
• Ability to utilize multiple Microsoft Office products and web-based applications simultaneously.

Physical Demands

• Extended periods of time spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., ability to stoop and bend.
• Physical demands should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions

Normal office conditions.
