Hourly, non-exempt position responsible for performing banking transactions for bank customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle customer complaints and work through sensitive issues to resolution.
- Perform data entry to complete reporting requirements.
- Ensure currency and coin requirements, limitations, regulations, and provisions are maintained.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers.
- Verify customer identity to reduce fraud and risk of loss to the bank.
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of basic teller functions.
- Support the company’s overall mission, standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform data entries for loan input.
- Back up Drive-Thru Teller: ensure transactions are completed quickly and efficiently, working multiple lanes to avoid long back-ups.
- Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with bank policy.
- Maintain strict control and security of cash under your supervision.
- Adhere to policies and procedures as defined by management.
- Cross-sell products and services.
- Assist with customer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- May participate in a wide variety of special assignments.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear.

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Training for this role will be conducted at the training center located in Graham, Texas, with attendance expected unless an approved accommodation is needed.
