Teller

Essential Functions

• Prepare and process teller transactions efficiently and effectively
• Adhere to established cash handling and balancing procedures
• Provide service excellence to all stakeholders
• Achieve monthly growth and retention targets per individual Retail Work Plan

Adherence to Policies and Compliance

• Adhere to all HOPE policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements

General Administrative Duties

• Perform general administrative duties such as attending meetings, report production, etc.

Other Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED
• Preferred: 2+ years of cash handling experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Physical Demands

• Employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk
• Employee will use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
• Employee will irregularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Employee will frequently travel to various branches within the company’s market
