Teller - Niles (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member experience and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Absorb and process a variety of teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cash advances, and other requests.
• Maintain a high level of cash and confidential information security while balancing daily transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Engage with membership to identify unrealized financial needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Achieve established referral goals to support branch growth.
• Promptly and professionally serve members.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Abilities generally acquired on the job.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
