Teller
Primary Responsibilities
- Travel and adapt to various branch locations as needed each day.
- Sincerely greet each Member in the branch.
- Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.
- Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.
- Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers.
- Aid members with technical services and/or account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business.
- Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Cross-sell products and services.
- Filling in at other locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist other Branches locally.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in sales.
- Excellent customer service.
- Solid communication skills.
- Self-motivated professional.
