About the role
The Institution for Savings is seeking a full-time Teller to work at the Bank's Salem Office. The ideal candidate should be friendly, flexible, and professional with excellent customer service skills, proficient with computers and handling cash.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and deposits
- Process loan applications and assist customers with financial services
- Provide customer service and answer inquiries
- Manage teller drawer and adhere to cash handling procedures
- Operate bank software and systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using computer systems and cash handling equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in banking or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
