About the Role

First Horizon Corporation, a leading regional financial services company, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering excellent client experiences, ensuring operational efficiency, and promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer, ensuring proper control, and follow all audit and security policies and procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payment transactions for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions such as bonds, municipal coupons, and money orders.
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM(s), including processing all entries.
• Assist in verifying deposits in the night and lobby depository.
• Help with dual control vault responsibilities.
• Stay informed about operational updates and changes to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Assist clients with select service needs to ensure an overall excellent experience.
• Attend sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, training classes, and web-based learning to enhance knowledge.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients/prospects to the appropriate team.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance client relationships.
• Comply with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, 10-key calculator, and coin counter.

Additional Requirements

• Must meet the requirements of a background credit check.
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations is required for ongoing employment.
