Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner
• Complete transactions via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer-centric
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations

• Strong customer service orientation with genuine interest in customers' financial well-being
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and positive communication under pressure
