Teller

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid customers with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Process accurate and timely customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to customer questions or concerns.
• Understand and introduce customers to new products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Education And Experience

• At least one (1) year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Expertise

• Cash handling or sales experience.
