Teller

Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Coon Rapids branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse and experienced group dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Blaze offers a sign‑on bonus for this position: $2,000 paid over one year for new hires, or $5,500 paid over two years for candidates with Fiserv DNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, listen to them, and understand their situations.
• Educate members on what Blaze can do for them.
• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism.
• Stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services, and training opportunities using provided tools.
• Collaborate with Blaze teammates and managers to help each other succeed.
• Provide excellent face‑to‑face service to members daily.

Schedule

This is a full‑time position (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Saturday hours are paid at 1.5 × the regular rate. Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function.

Pay

• Base salary range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour.
• Minimum $21/hour; Saturday paid at 1.5 × for hours worked.
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 paid over one year for new hires; $5,500 paid over two years for candidates with Fiserv DNA experience.
