About the Role

As a Teller, you are the heartbeat of branch operations, handling daily financial transactions and building lasting relationships with customers to ensure an enjoyable and efficient banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine banking transactions.
• Count and verify cash accurately.
• Provide financial solutions and product information to members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller workspace.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships.
• Participate in in‑depth job training and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Cash‑handling experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
