About the role

Arsenal Credit Union is seeking a qualified professional to serve as a part-time Teller at our corporate headquarters in Arnold, MO. This Teller supports the credit union’s mission to serve our members’ interests by providing excellent service to both members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and consistent service to internal and external members.
• Routinely handle cash and accurately balance a teller drawer.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve problems.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to members when applicable.

Requirements

• Cash handling experience.
• A professional serving manner with prior experience in a service environment.
• Sales or retail experience desired.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong aptitude for numbers.
