Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain an acceptable balancing record.
• Provide a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, activating ATM cards, and processing money transfers.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to appropriate bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Pay range (depending on experience): $18 - $20/hour
