About the Role

We are seeking a 40-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to join our Northern Nevada Service Staff team. Service Staff colleagues travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is our West Liberty branch in Reno, NV. Branch hours are Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
  • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
  • Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record (driving is an essential function of this role).

Pay

$18.90 - $21.00/hour (depending on experience).
