About the role
We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and experienced Telesales Customer Support Executive to handle online footwear and shoe-related customer interactions. Candidates who can communicate patiently with mature and older customers are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Fast typing in Bangla and English
- Handling WhatsApp and website orders
- Data entry in Excel sheets
- Customer support and communication
- Follow-up via call and message
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience
- Skills in telemarketing, telesales, remote work, customer service, and online support
Schedule
Flexible hours between 12:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Both part-time (4–10 hours) and full-time opportunities are available, depending on skills and discussion.
