About the role
The Telephonic Case Manager (TCM) position at Paradigm is a full-time, benefited role working Monday through Friday in the Central time zone. This position provides remote medical case management services to injured individuals, focusing on their recovery and coordination of medical services.
Responsibilities
- Assist consumers in their recovery to return to the highest level of function.
- Coordinate and assess medical services frequently.
- Explore vocational options with the injured worker and their employer.
- Secure pre-injury employment or alternate employment.
- Work with all parties involved in the claim, including the injured person, claim’s examiner, employer, attorneys (plaintiff and defense), and medical providers.
Requirements
- Unencumbered compact RN license required.
- Additional unencumbered CA RN license preferred.
- CCM strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Professional licenses or certifications required to meet qualifications for this position must be current, unrestricted, and allow for practice within a state or territory of the United States.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices.
- Experience with healthcare systems and regulations.
