Telephone Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
- Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
- Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
- Maintains, tests, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
- Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
- Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
- Plans, coordinates, and performs all moves and installations of telecommunications equipment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms.
- IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $81,349 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
