Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation and removal of Telemonitor equipment in patient’s homes throughout the state.
- Provides follow-up to patients after installation.
- Provides follow-up to telemonitor vendor and telemonitor staff after installation.
- Aids with associated paperwork.
- Communicates effectively and tactfully with patients, recognizing their age, cultural diversity, needs, abilities and physical condition.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of High School Diploma; Associate preferred
- Experience: Minimum of Two (2) Years’ Experience in the geriatric field
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Maintains current Driver’s License and auto insurance
