Telemonitoring Installer

About the role

Travel throughout Connecticut to install, service, or pick up telemonitoring equipment in clients’ homes on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove telemonitor equipment in patients’ homes across the state.
• Provide follow-up support to patients after installation.
• Communicate post-installation details to the telemonitor vendor and internal staff.
• Assist with required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively and tactfully with patients, considering their age, cultural diversity, needs, abilities, and physical condition.
• Report to work on time, use time off appropriately, and complete annual education and medical requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in the geriatric field.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
