Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will:
- Leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
- Possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by enthusiasm to help others.
- Support patient recovery with a sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
- Demonstrate the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' condition (e.g., lab results, vitals, signs, test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
- Delegate tasks based on the needs of the patient, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice.
- Participate as a team member by utilizing team skills effectively on a daily basis.
- Use knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs.
- Document the nursing care plan and incorporate the nursing process following the standard of care for patient care area.
Job Requirements
- Required: ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent, Registered Nurse (AZ), American Heart Association BLS, American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months.
- PREFERRED: One year recent acute care experience, Bachelors of Science Nursing.
