About the Opportunity:The TELEMETRY ENGINEER role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing enterprise observability platforms that deliver actionable insights through metrics, logs, traces, and alerting. This position is critical in enabling effective monitoring and incident management for large-scale cloud environments, thus contributing to the reliability and performance of the organization's technology solutions. Responsibilities:Design and implement enterprise observability platformsManage metrics, logs, traces, and alerting systemsUtilize modern observability tools and monitoring solutionsApply SRE practices to improve system reliability Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or ObservabilityProficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog, New Relic, or SplunkProgramming skills in Go, Python, or JavaExperience with distributed tracing, structured logging, Linux, containers, and CI/CDStrong understanding of SRE principles, SLOs, and incident managementEligibility for employment as U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, EAD Holder, or H-1B transfer (no new H-1B sponsorship) Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
