About the Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, maintaining a safe environment in a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Active RN license
• No prior experience necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Less than two years of experience preferred
