Role Overview

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing care standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
