Telemedicine Support Veterinarian

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 annually

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support on diagnostic imaging reports
• Guide customers on case submission protocols
• Partner with specialty teams for a consistent customer experience
• Support customer education on diagnostic technologies
• Contribute to telemedicine product initiatives
• Collaborate on projects with internal teams
• Participate in team meetings to address customer needs

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of clinical veterinary experience
• Strong clinical judgment and confident case management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to interpret specialist reports and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of the company Telemedicine services is a plus
