Contracted RNs support patients throughout their healthcare journey by providing clinical guidance, care coordination, education, and advocacy through virtual care channels, exercising independent professional judgment within their scope of practice and coordinating with other treating clinicians on each patient’s care team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled telehealth nursing visits and respond to inbound and outbound patient communications.
  • Assess patient concerns, answer clinical questions, and provide evidence-based guidance and support.
  • Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, side effect management, and ongoing care recommendations.
  • Communicate laboratory and diagnostic results while providing appropriate patient education and follow-up.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR) and internal systems.
  • Consult with providers regarding patient concerns and ensure continuity of care.
  • Deliver services consistent with applicable standards of practice, client clinical protocols, and HIPAA and other applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Active Compact Nursing License, with residence in the compact home state and the ability to obtain additional state licensure.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care, case management, or related settings.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with medical weight management and GLP-1 therapies.
  • Minimum 1 year of telemedicine experience.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to independently assess and triage patient concerns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and digital communication tools.
  • Your own computer, audio/visual tools, reliable high-speed internet, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
    • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) / Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
    • Men's health and erectile dysfunction (ED)
    • Longevity and preventative health
    • Functional medicine

Pay

Per-consult compensation model with up to $60/hour earning potential.

Schedule

We offer engagement blocks designed to fit a variety of schedules and allow you to connect with patients on your terms.

  • Weekday Scheduling
    • 20 or more hours per week, including 2 weekend shifts per month.
    • 4-hour blocks.
  • Evening and Weekend Scheduling
    • 10 or more hours per week.
    • Evening scheduling options: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM ET
    • Weekend scheduling options: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET
