About the role

This is a 100% remote, longitudinal primary-care opportunity as a direct extension of Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s leading health systems. You will manage an established patient panel, build lasting relationships, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care through an innovative virtual platform. The role is designed to minimize administrative burdens: AI-assisted chart preparation, a virtual scribe, and full Epic integration allow you to focus on patient care rather than paperwork.

• 36 clinical hours per week for full-time providers
• Approximately four patients per hour with ramp-up support

Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal primary care to an established patient panel via a virtual platform
• Leverage AI-assisted chart preparation and Epic integration to streamline documentation
• Collaborate with a technology-forward care team focused on innovation and outcomes
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care

Requirements

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 24 months of outpatient primary care experience
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Comfortable practicing in a virtual care environment
• Passion for innovation, technology, and relationship-based primary care

Pay

$140,000 – $170,000 per year
