Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

Our office is located in Viera / Suntree—one of the fastest growing areas of Brevard. Viera is one of the Top 10 Master Planned Communities in the US. The office is open 9am-5pm, but flexible hours will be considered. We have been a State Farm agent since 2004 and currently have 11 team members with almost 120 years of combined insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
• Schedule appointments for our team to further discuss policies and provide quotes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in our database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing.

Schedule

• Part-time, 15-25 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling within business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm)
