Responsibilities
- Deliver telemetry care in an acute care setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess patient status
- Administer IV medications and support patient and family education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care
- Document thoroughly in the EMR
- Adapt quickly to new units or facilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse license
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and acute care
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
- Flexible and adaptable to various clinical environments
