Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
- Employment is contingent upon the holding and maintaining an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and/or compact (multistate) license for all states serviced by Elara Caring, or obtaining the required licensure within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Medicare/Medicaid home health care benefits, policies and procedures is preferred
- Passion for patient care
