Telehealth ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

Role Overview This onsite virtual RN position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on managing illness or injury, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with the interprofessional team ensures effective communication and individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Responsibilities Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication administration, and managing health conditions.Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance, as well as ongoing professional development.Develop and document personalized care plans with clear goals, ensuring seamless communication across care teams.Utilize critical nursing skills for comprehensive assessment and evaluation of patient needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; BSN preferred.Licensure: RN required; MO and IL licensure preferred.Experience: Critical care experience preferred; 2+ years recommended.Additional: Ability to work safely and maintain alertness; strong communication and collaboration skills.
