Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of patient cases effectively
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose eating disorders and related psychiatric conditions
- Develop and implement medication treatment plans in a telehealth setting
- Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including external providers
- Utilize messaging systems and EMR for patient support and team communication
- Engage in team meetings and professional supervision regularly
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses with potential for cross-licensing (fees covered by the company)
- 3+ years of outpatient experience treating children and adults, preferably in Primary Care
- Commitment to excellent, evidence-based care and professional growth
- Effective communication with patients and their families, responding promptly to inquiries
- Enthusiastic participation in a multidisciplinary team environment
