About the role
The role involves leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy innovative cloud solutions. This includes managing projects from conception to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in designing, developing, and deploying cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Participate in regular stand-ups and retrospectives to maintain team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful cloud solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Passionate about technology and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
