JOB SUMMARY

This position will support the growth of our Maryland region by sourcing and securing scrap materials from east coast markets. This role will also provide operational support to ensure alignment with company standards and contribute to the facility’s readiness for R2 certification.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in electronics scrap acquisition and/or telecommunications, trading, or related materials procurement.
  • Strong understanding of e-scrap markets, commodity values, and supplier dynamics.
  • Operational experience within recycling, processing, or related industrial environments preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn R2 certification requirements and support compliance initiatives.
  • Ability to travel 25%-35% as required.
