Telecom/Wireless Lease Administrator-100% Remote
About the role
TEKsystems is currently seeking a Telecom/Wireless Lease Administrator for a 100% contract opening with potential for extension. Minimum Experience Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in wireless real property lease administration and one (1) year of experience in wireless site acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and process leases and wireless real estate agreements, including ground leases, collocation agreements, amendments and access agreements.
- Cook up and coordinate with landlords, tower companies, municipalities, school districts and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate lease records in contract lifecycle management systems.
- Support high-volume amendment and documentation workflows related to network upgrade and decommissioning projects.
- Prepare reports on lease status, critical dates, and portfolio activity.
Qualifications
- Experience in wireless telecommunications real estate, including lease administration and site acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience with wireless site agreements including ground leases, amendments, collocation agreements.
- Familiarity with tower company and wireless carrier processes.
- Experience managing lease data, critical dates, and rent schedules.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and document management tools, including Cherwell, Bluebeam, Waypoint and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments and convey information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with ability to identify process needs and improvement opportunities, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

- This is an intermediate-level lease administration position requiring the ability to work independently, apply established processes, and exercise sound judgment in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
