Telecom Operator PRN
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Answer multiple incoming telephone lines.
- Obtain necessary information and transfer calls to correct extensions.
- Provide information to callers as appropriate.
- Perform overhead paging.
- Monitor all alarms located in PBX and notify appropriate personnel.
- Respond quickly to disaster and emergency situations.
- Assist with the maintenance of directories and on-call lists.
Requirements
- High School Graduate / GED
- 1 year of experience
- No travel required
