About the role

BSEt, LLC is seeking motivated Telecom Laborers to support telecommunications and fiber optic infrastructure projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a growing team. Responsibilities

  • Aid with telecom and fiber optic installation projects
  • Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment
  • Prepare and clean work sites
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Absorb underground and overhead telecom work
  • Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
  • Follow company safety practices and procedures
  • Support team members as needed and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in any of the following areas is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate:
  • Telecommunications or fiber optic installation
  • Construction or labor work
  • Use of basic hand and power tools
  • Underground or overhead utility work
  • Warehouse or material handling experience

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

This Position Primarily Works Outdoors And May Involve Working in various weather conditions. Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day. Working on uneven terrain and construction sites. Overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as required. Work is primarily performed throughout the Hawaiian Islands, with occasional travel to other locations supporting TDX subsidiaries.
