Telecom Engineer

Our client is seeking a Telecom Engineer to join their telecommunications team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is primarily remote but requires the candidate to be located within an hour of Neenah, WI, and available to come onsite as needed for projects or urgent issues.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Neenah, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco CUBE, with additional experience in UCCE, UCCX, and automation (e.g., voicemail and extension routing) being highly desirable. The role will include participation in an on-call rotation once every 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Cisco Call Manager and Cisco CUBE systems.
• Assist with UCCE and UCCX implementations and troubleshooting, if applicable.
• Automate telecom processes such as voicemail and extension routing.
• Respond to onsite needs for projects or urgent issues as required.
• Participate in an on-call rotation once every 6 weeks.

Requirements

• Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco CUBE.
• Ideal candidates will have experience with UCCE, UCCX, and automation tools.
• Preference for candidates with a background in healthcare or large environments (e.g., insurance).
• Must be located within an hour of Neenah, WI, and available for onsite work as needed.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent factors.
