Telecenter Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for selling our programs and services to current and prospective customers through means of phone calls to explain types and value of services offered;
- Generating additional sales revenue by cross-selling and up-selling to current customers;
- Answering potential questions to overcome resistance and objections;
- Quoting prices, negotiating with customers, and closing the sale;
- Entering customer information into a database and maintaining accurate sales reports.

Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED and sales aptitude and skills required;
- PREFERRED: Completion of post-secondary education (e.g., Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) and 1-3 years of experience in inside and/or outside sales or customer service with up-selling responsibilities;
- Contact center sales/lead generation experience strongly preferred;
- Lawn/horticulture agronomic experience and/or training preferred.

Pay Range
Pay Ranges $27,669.00 - $51,188.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
