• Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with daily reporting
• Daily ads handling, optimization, and performance reporting
• Hiring, interviews, onboarding, and team coordination for multiple roles
• Influencer outreach, collaborations, and promotions to grow visibility and leads
• Coordinate creators, manage content flow, and ensure timely delivery of UGC
• Poster/pamphlet distribution and local promotion with daily reporting and photos
• Bring organic leads, referrals, partnerships, and close sales with follow-ups
• Write SEO blogs, landing page content, and help grow organic traffic
• Development support, bug fixes, speed optimization, and new features
